REVIEWS
It was a great event. Alan created a wonderfully, relaxing event even as chilly as it was. He had supplies, his own produced music playing which was classical, and bottled water. I will sign up for the next event.

I learned a lot about proportions and how to line things up. We truly enjoyed the experience!

The artwork was inspired by the classic song "When a Man Loves a Woman" and a silly thought of me on robots and love. What if robots could fall in love like humans, since we create them to be like us? The illustration was done in Photoshop, one of a series of three.

This artwork is a personal piece about Motherhood /Love. I picked the elephant as the subject for the piece, because the elephant could only give birth to one at a time, and she has to carry her baby for two years. It would be a devastating tragedy for her, if she lost her baby. The piece was painted in acrylics on an illustration board.

This was my first attempt at scraperboard and I was trying to create a picture with dramatic lighting that would make the most of the medium. As it turned out, a lot of the board was left black and untouched to represent the shadows, so it was easier than I thought!

I created this illustration to spread happiness, mindfulness, and joy. A woman is holding a cup of coffee to signify a beginning of the day and the importance of setting your mind to positive vibes.

We visited Inis Meain off the west coast of Ireland in 2017 and this cow was just down the road from the hotel where we were staying, so I just had to paint it! This image was painted with Acrylic inks on illustration board.

A friend asked me to create a painting for her to give to her sister as wedding gift. She sent me some some ideas of colour pallettes she liked and I used a photo I had taken of the landscape in Oxfordshire as inspiration. I painted the whole canvas bright pink first and let it dry and then painted on top.

I painted this as a memorial portrait for my friends, Delyn and Elizabeth Christian, originally from Columbus and now living in Tennessee. Delyn has been very active in the Columbus music scene for years and even wrote a song about Katy. The following is more info about Katy's life: Katy came to Fretnot Farm in Woodbury Tennessee in July 2012. She was six months old. Her mother was a companion dog to a Veteran who served in Iraq. Katy fit right in to the five acre farm and spent each day
